Thanks for making our Christmas at Alvaston Hall, our group thought you were brilliant, didn't stop talking about you for the rest of our NY's weekend. Meet The Beatles were also very good. Will keep an eye on your gig list for future performances. All the best for 2012, Jenny xx

Hi Kev,
Was good to catch up with you and the lads last night in Blackpool, although I missed your set I was told you were excellent, had the place bouncing. As i said after the show, come down to the house in the newyear and we'll have a proper catch up.
All the best for xmas and newyear,

Fantastic show lads at Grassmore WMC, best act we have had here. That is saying something considering we have had Dave Berry and Union Gap. I hear on the grapevine that you may be back next yea at some point? I'll be the first in the que for a ticket. Once again, excellent show.

Great weekend at Warners Holiday Village, Somerset, watched the Fourmost on the Saturday night. What an excellent band, even more so under the circumstances, apparantly they were missing the bands bass player & lead vocalist. They had some able deputies and if the band hadn't of said anything you wouldn't have known. Lookng forward to seeing them again.

Hi was just wondering, many years ago (in the sixties) I use to attend sunday school at the sailors chapel bottom of wellington road in the dingle. One sunday we where on our way to church when I think it was yourselves making a film in wellington road. If it was, what was the film made for?. Was it a film for yourselves or somethink to do with Frankie Vaughan.

Keep your dates free for Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th March 2011 folks, we will be on the bill along with the Ivy League and Union Gap for a solid 60's weekend at the Savoy Hotel, Blackpool. Saturday nights entertainment will see the fabulous Merseybeat Legends, a favourite band of ours that we have worked with many times, the Kasuals and topping the bill is the Swinging Blue Jeans.
The Fourmost
Thirty-Two thousand hits on the Fourmost website and the last guestbook message was six weeks ago! Come on people, show your appreciation for this legendary Liverpool band led so brilliantly for over thirty years by the great Bill Haisman. I've had the pleasure of seeing the band in action several times, and I hope there'll be many more. Keep on rockin' lads.

Hello to the Fourmost
Seen you at Craig Tara last Friday and you sounded great. Unfortunately the noise of an audience who had absolutely no manners spoiled what was going to be a great night. We left a half time having watched you try to get the attention on an ignorant crowd. I feel sympathy for the group for you what you had to endure. I look forward to seeing the group again under more orderly conditions. Thanks again Fourmost - you were and still are a fine band.

I had the opportunity last nigth to see The Four Most at Cricket St. Thomas. We had a fabulous night - found the band very professional which of course we would expect from a well established band!. The highlight of the night for me was 'Just One Look '(because I am a big Hollies fan). Once again thank you for a great night

Hi Lads, had the pleasure of seeing you all at Skegness last weekend. Great show, thought Bill was so funny, and how relaxed does he come across? Just a small observation. I was a bit disappointed that "A Little Loving" was the only Fourmost hit performed, with rest of the set made up of other bands' covers. "Hello Little Girl", "I'm in Love", and "Baby I Need Your Loving" are as good a sixties record as you're gonna get, so come on Bill, throw some more Fourmost hits in the mix!! We want to hear your songs too you know!! Great show though lads, and just "keep on Rockin" !!

A welcome return to Alec, and it's sad for Lee to be leaving. He had a voice to die for, and his live version of Here There and Everywhere from The Beatles' Revolver album was a massive highlight of Lee's relatively brief stay with the band. Now into the next phase for Bill and the boys. Keep on Rockin' lads!!

Hi Tony,
If would be a real possiblity that it was, Lee, you saw in and around the city centre. Site updates are in the pipeline, it's just finding the time to put them in place. The lads are in the middle of compiling a CD that will be available to purchase on the site and at shows along with other merchandise that fans have been asking for.
In regards to a comprehensive gig guide, at the moment only certain shows are listed on the site, that way I can keep on top of things far easier, otherwise the site would be showing shows that have been and gone. Still, anything can be put in place with a bit of thought.
All the best,
The Fourmost

Hi, I was wondering if there was any planned update as far as the gig guide is concerned. It would be great if we could have a comprehensive list of where the boys were playing! By the way, did I spot Lee in Liverpool on "Beatles Day", (10 July)? I was paying The Fourmost's home city a flying 2-day visit, and swear I saw Lee a couple of times near the city centre! Was it you Lee??!!

Saw the band at Whitby a few weeks ago and must concur with other poster about just how superb these guy's vocals are.
Two damn fine guitarists. Great vocals from the drummer and the bass player is a very good frontman who entertained the crowd well.
Can't wait till I see them again
(Posted on 2009-06-16 19:06:00 by Steven Connell)
What a great night out I was treated too on Saturday, went to the Lyseum Theatre saw an excellent Roy Orbison tribute, from a far he looked like him, not quite as tall as Roy himself, but if you had shut your eyes, you'd of thought Roy Orbison had been re-incarnated, Excellent!
The headlining act was the, Fourmost, longtime since I saw this band, and what band they are too. Excellent vocalists, choir like harmonies, really energetic on-stage rapoir, what a super band. Not many bands on the 60s circuit who have all these qualities, not forgetting the two excellent joint lead guitarists, two very different styles but ever so complimentory, will most definitley be looking out for this band again.
A very happy Bill Parkinson

Anyway, not to worry, keep checking on the site for futere shows that are coming up throughout the year. The next 60's festival that is coming up for us is the, Whitby 60's Festival, on with the, Merseybeats & Union Gap.

Hi All
I was driving through Melton Mowbray (as one does occasionally!) and I saw that youre performing there 17th April. Will Bill be playing that night ? If he is how can I get tickets as I didnt see the name of the venue just your names advertised.
I havent seen much of Bill since falling of the stage at Heartrock at Philly Hall while singing " You'll never walk alone " ! Would love to catch up

Thank you for a fantastic evening of live entertainment on the 10th January 2009 at the Merseyside Maritime Museum for the closing Capital of Culture Transitions event
Over 500 visitors enjoyed a nostalgic trip back in time to the 1960's singing and dancing along to the bands biggest hits.
Many visitors commented on the whole event and your excellent performance.

Hi Kev,
Was good to catch up with you and the lads last night in Blackpool, although I missed your set I was told you were excellent, had the place bouncing. As i said after the show, come down to the house in the newyear and we'll have a proper catch up.
All the best for xmas and newyear,
MPS
Fantastic show lads at Grassmore WMC, best act we have had here. That is saying something considering we have had Dave Berry and Union Gap. I hear on the grapevine that you may be back next yea at some point? I'll be the first in the que for a ticket. Once again, excellent show.

Hi guys, Any update on the Edinburgh gig? Will you be coming to Scotland later on in the year?
Hi Kev,
Regards to yourself and the lads for a wonderful show for my annual bash over here in Jersey, everybody has commented on how good you were and would like to see you perform again over here on the island. Maybe next year I will sort something out for you to come over for another memory lane tour.
Kind Regards,
T.H.
Mary xx
@Rona,
We were supposed to be playing up in Edinburgh in October of this year but due to commitments playing on the Merseybeats 50th Anniversary tour that date will now be re-scheduled for a later date.
The Fourmost
Hi guys, Hope you are all well, any dates for Scotland or northern England this year? xxxx
Till You Say You'll Be Mine - very good!
Looking forward to catching the Fourmost in Majorca later in the year whilst on our annual holiday, your second show falls nicely in to our schedule. Bring back the happy memories for us.
See you guys soon, Keith
Hi Guys,
First class show down in Weymouth last month, my husband & I think you're streets ahead of a lot of the other 60's bands that play down here at the Haven camp. We'll hopefully see you again in the future.

To the band,
Thought you put on a great show at Dave's bash down here in sunny Sheffield, first time I have seen you guys in the flesh. I thought your lead guitarist was top draw, he certainly doesn't look 68.
Hope to see you again.
BB
Looking forward to the arrival of the fourmost in my home country of germany at the back end of 2011, bring back happy memories.
Torsten Annett
Thanks so much for a great evening at Nantwich Civic Cenre for the Christie Hospital Charity evening. Fantastic music - took me back to my younger days - I am a tad older than Billy - and thoroughly enjoyed being transported back!
You are as good if not better than you ever were.
Judy
We have just got back from Hayling Island where we saw the band on saturday night.
Excellent!
We havent seen you for four years and were delighted to see the old line up back together. Much better. The music was brilliant and the banter was hilarious!
All day Sunday everyone was raving about how good you were.
Looking forward to Skegness in December.
Regards Colin and Tina from Guildford.

Alan

Hi Guys,
Saw you last Friday in Gt Yarmouth along with Mike Penders Searchers, I thought by far you were the best band of the night. Mike Pender was good and has still got the voice that sold a million records, but he had one hard act to follow in the Fourmost.
Colin

Hi Lads, Got a special birthday coming up this summer! Where will you be? Any dates particularly for Scotland, Berwick or North England? Rona and Marilyn xxxx

Will see you in July at the banbury bash, looking forward to it, love to you all Moxxx
Hi Guys
We were at Craig Tara. Agree with the comments about the rowdy audience, but the proffesionalism of the band won the crowd over - absolutely first class entertainment and we hope to see you soon
hopefull in Whitby
keep rockin
xxxxx
Joan and Lawrence xxxx
Rona /Marilyn,
We will be appearing at, Craig Tar, Ayr, on Friday 21st May.
Hope to see you there,

Kathy and Lorraine xx
Saw you guys at Sandbay on Friday evening, excellent performance. Pity a you had some technical difficulties at the start, didn't dampen anyone's spirits, you had us all dancing from start to finish. Hope to see you all again a sixties weekend soon.
Love Rhonda xx
Hi Lads, had the pleasure of seeing you all at Skegness last weekend. Great show, thought Bill was so funny, and how relaxed does he come across? Just a small observation. I was a bit disappointed that "A Little Loving" was the only Fourmost hit performed, with rest of the set made up of other bands' covers. "Hello Little Girl", "I'm in Love", and "Baby I Need Your Loving" are as good a sixties record as you're gonna get, so come on Bill, throw some more Fourmost hits in the mix!! We want to hear your songs too you know!! Great show though lads, and just "keep on Rockin" !!
happy biirthday to u on th l9th just gone hope u had great day love shirley xxxx

See you their,
The Fourmost
Hi, many thanks for your swift response! Sadly, won't be able to make Skegness in December, but have booked for the weekend of 5-8 March 2010 for a "special" birthday. Would you happen to know whether The Fourmost will be returning that weekend?
Hi,
The Fourmost will be performing live on centre stage at Butlins, Skegness, on the 11th December 2009 along with some other great acts from that era. The CD & DVD has been put on hold until the newyear due to work comittments that the band has. Once this project has been completed it will be available to buy through the Fourmosts Official Website.
Regards,
The Fourmost
Hi Bill, Kevin, Bernie and Alec, any prospect of an update on the gig guide please?
I really want to see you all again, and hope you can point me in the right direction. Also any details on a new cd/merchandise etc would be gratefully received! I've been a Fourmost fan since '63, and think you're as brilliant as ever!
Cheers lads, and keep on rockin'!!
HI GUYS, GREAT TO SEE YOU ALL BACK TOGETHER AT BOGNOR AND WOWING THE AUDIENCE. ITS NICE TO SEE A BAND WHO GEL AS MUCH AS YOU DO .YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY HAVING A BALL AND THAT COMMUNICATES TO THE AUDIENCE.
IF YOU COULD HAVE HEARD THE COMMENTS AFTER YOU PLAYED YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN THRILLED. EVEN THE YOUNGSTERS WERE IMPRESSED.BACK TO THE OLD MAGIC.
AND ALEC YOU'VE STILL GOT THAT "IT" FACTOR.
FROM THE TWO BLONDES SEE YOU AT SKEGNESS HOPEFULLY, WHEN THE REST OF THE GANG WILL BE THERE.
LOOPY LIN AND VAL
Thankyou for a wonderful evening at brean sands leisure park, you made our night. hope to see you again.

Brilliant night at Whitby Pavillion for the 60's weekend. Had a fantastic weekend all round, saw some good bands, the fourmost were excellent, as always. Mike Penders Searchers were live on the saturday evening, also excellent, still got the sound. Looking forward to 2010.
Bye.
The Fourmost will be appearing live @ Butlins, Skegness, on Thursday 22nd October 2009.
Hope to see you all their!
Fantastic show at the Black Friers Theatre on Saturday evening, we thought you were a lot more entertaining than the headlining act, The Searchers!
That is some guitarist you have, excellent slide player.
We hope to see you again very soon.
All the best,
Bill & Sue Holden, Boston
Hey guys, will you be at any butlins weekends this year?

Are The Fourmost playing Boston Blackfriars this month?
Hi,
What songs are going to be on the CD ?
Having seen you at a few 60's festivals over the last year, I know how great some of the songs sound. I hope some of my favourites will be on it!
When will it be ready and what shops will it be in?
Best wishes to Billy, Kevin, Bernie and Lee.

Hello you guys, had a catch up with Billy the other day so thought i would just say "hello" to the others...... looking forward to seeing you at Richmond in October...xxxx
Hi Shirley,
Once the new CD has been recorded and mastered, it will go onsale through the site and with various retail outlets. There will be a "PayPal" link on the site that you will be able to purchase it through.
Regards,
The Fourmost
hi billy hope u doing ok how do l get hold of your new cd hope too c u one day so glad u r happy and well
Great to hear that a cd is in the pipeline, hope Californian Dreamin is on it!
Hi Tony,
If would be a real possiblity that it was, Lee, you saw in and around the city centre.
Was it you Lee??!!
hi billy
me again managed to pck up vidio of u singing hello little girl great memorios and u still sing it so well
shirey x
Hi guys, Brilliant performance at Whitby a few weeks ago. Thought it was the best we'd heard in a long time. Worth the journey down from Scotland! Keep Rockin! Rona and Marilyn xxxx
hi billy do u remerber me little 4ft shirley from kent who travelled a lot to cu and the group well at long last l have found u r still singing and managed to get vidio up off u on lap top u r better then ever is ther ever a chance u r going to b down this way at all so pleasded to c u so fit and well l have trie dfor so long to put message on your book but for some reason it wont except my email adress yet it does for every thing els it is shirley collins43@ymail .com but i have put my brothers email c if that works
Saw the band at Whitby a few weeks ago and must concur with other poster about just how superb these guy's vocals are.
Two damn fine guitarists. Great vocals from the drummer and the bass player is a very good frontman who entertained the crowd well.
Can't wait till I see them again
Looking forward to working with you all again this coming August over in Holland, the 60s live on.
See you all soon,
Mike P
Hi Tony,
Sorry for not adding any future dates on the site as yet, our site moderator has been busy of late with his own projects, I'm sure he will be on with the job in hand ASAP!!!
Regards,
The Fourmost
Hello again, Further to my previous mail regarding forthcoming gigs, would it please be possible to add a list of any events coming up? I am based in the south-east but would be prepared to travel! Any info gladly received. Bill and the boys.....you are legends to me! Cheers!
Will be looking at that one, would love to be there, depends who else is going but bet karl will be xxx
Hi Mo,
Hope you are keeping well,
Thats the name of the game I'm afraid, these things sometimes happen. Anyway, hope to see you at the, Whitby Festival, in June??
The Fourmost
I am so sorry the gig was cancelled here at melton tonight, we were all so looking forward to it. Unfortunately there was nothing i could do to help it go ahead as it was beyond my control and stagedoor promotions decided to pull the gig.
If only people would buy tickets in plenty of time.
Hope to see you all soon, love Mox
Hi Heather,
Thats right, we got a ltae phone call last night to say that the venue had cancelled the show due to reasons unknown. Very disappointing at such short notice. We were also on with, Union Gap.
Anyway, not to worry, keep checking on the site for futere shows that are coming up throughout the year. The next 60's festival that is coming up for us is the, Whitby 60's Festival, on with the, Merseybeats & Union Gap.
Hope to see you soon,
The Fourmost
Sorry to see the gig at Melton Mowbray has been cancelled any other in the Cambs Suffolk area please ?
Hi lads, could you please tell me if there are any further shows which could be added to the "gig guide", mindful of Heather's request regarding the upcoming "Melton Mowbray" show?
Put it this way, I'd hate to be missing something!!
Best wishes, and keep on rockin' Fourmost!!
Tony.
Hi
thanks for that . I'll be picking up the tickets up later in the week
Can't wait
